Henderson and Brennan was founded thirty years ago when its founder, Francis J. Henderson, formed a partnership with John T. Brennan, in 1979.
Francis J. Henderson had been practicing law in New York State since 1958, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, through their insurance carriers. He had a distinguished career as a trial lawyer until his untimely death in 1994. Brian C. Henderson, Frank’s son, and John’s current partner, has worked in the firm with John since he was in high school and has been trying cases since 1990. Lauren J. DeMase joined the firm in 1993.
The firm continued the work Mr. Henderson started, and has successfully prosecuted personal injury lawsuits for injured victims, and has defended cases in all the courts of the metropolitan area.
With deep roots in the Westchester community, the firm not only prosecutes and defends lawsuits, it participates in community affairs by volunteering its time and services to many charitable groups and organizations.
