John T. Brennan

Mr. Brennan is a trial attorney focusing his practice in all areas of personal injury work.   He has handled and tried cases involving medical malpractice, aviation, construction site accidents, products liability, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, civil rights, sexual abuse, school and municipal liability, and wrongful death issues.  Mr. Brennan has tried over 100 cases to verdict in both State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Brennan received his Juris Doctorate from University of Tennessee Law School in 1974, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Dayton in 1970.

He was admitted to practice before the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department in 1975; the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York in 1978.

Mr. Brennan is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.

He has lectured on trial techniques for the New York State Bar Association. He has also conducted seminars on risk management regarding school district liability issues.

Mr. Brennan has received Martindale-Hubbell, Inc., highest “AV” rating.

Brian C. Henderson

Lauren J. DeMase

Ms. DeMase was licensed to practice law in 1993 and is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts in New York.

Her specialties include Municipal and School District Law, Product Liability, Premise Liability, Automobile Liability and Construction Law.  She is a member of the Westchester County, New York State, and American Bar Associations.

Ms. DeMase received her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1992 and also holds a B.A. from Pace University, graduating Cum Laude, in 1988.

Over the years, Ms. DeMase has successfully litigated and negotiated hundreds of personal injury matters and has appeared throughout the Courts of New York State.  She has achieved individual settlements for clients in excess of $1,000,000.

Beyond her work in litigation, Ms DeMase is greatly involved in the firm’s Real Estate practice.   She has personally handled residential transfers of property and has represented numerous purchasers, sellers and banks.  She has also conducted a number of reverse mortgage transactions.
